OUR LEADERSHIP

Our Group Board consists of the Chair of the Board, the Chair of the Collaborative CEO, the Group Finance & Resources Director and three Non-Executive Directors.

The Collaborative CEO take shared responsibility for organisational strategy and development, and the operations of the Bettys and Taylors businesses. This role would traditionally be fulfilled by a single CEO, but this structure signals our commitment to a peer-based leadership approach and promotes the ways of working that we are developing throughout the business.
