Each year, colleagues across each of our branches nominate local charities to raise money for. Thanks to this collective commitment, in 2025 an incredible £73,187.74 was raised in support of seven charities.

To mark the fundraising achievements of the year gone by, charity partners, colleagues and supporters from across the business gathered for a special celebration breakfast event in the Imperial Room at Bettys Harrogate at the end of January.

Collaborative CEO member and Group Finance and Resources Director, Paul Cogan, hosted the event and welcomed representatives from Andy’s Man Club, Daisy Chain, Hambleton Community Action, Harrogate Hospital & Community Charity, Ilkley & District Good Neighbours, St Michael’s Hospice, York Inspirational Kids CIC.

The celebration breakfast offered the Group’s charity co-ordinators the opportunity to share more about how they raised funds in the year gone by, with activities ranging from bingo nights and craft and cocktail evenings, to book sales, sports days, line dancing and as well as some impressive physical challenges such as a Corporate Relay Team for the Yorkshire Marathon, our Fat Rascal Bike Ride and the Manchester Half Marathon.
